Notus Developers, an SBA company, has selected Eikos Statyba as the contractor for the Nemunaičiai residential project on the left bank of the Nemunas River in Kaunas. The project includes five apartment buildings, with demand for prestigious housing remaining strong.

Notus Developers, part of the SBA group, has announced the selection of Eikos Statyba as the general contractor for its Nemunaičiai residential project in Kaunas. The project involves the construction of five apartment blocks on H. ir O. Minkovskių Street, located on the left bank of the Nemunas River.
Giedrius Cvilikas, head of Notus Developers, stated that the company aims for maximum quality and efficiency, and partnering with a reliable contractor will ensure impeccable housing quality and a smooth construction process. Almantas Čebanauskas, CEO of Eikos Statyba, expressed commitment to using their 16 years of experience to meet all client requirements. He noted that while Eikos Statyba mainly operates in Vilnius, it previously worked in Kaunas on the reconstruction of Kaunas Airport’s northern platform in mid-2020 and built a surface parking lot for Kaunas Clinics earlier this year. The Nemunaičiai project marks their first residential construction in Kaunas.
According to Egidijus Ripkauskas, head of real estate development at SBA Urban, construction is already underway, and demand for prestigious housing in Kaunas remains strong. Only one-third of the apartments are still available, and that number is decreasing rapidly. The Nemunaičiai project is situated in a unique location by the Nemunas River, with future developments planned for the area, including the M. K. Čiurlionis Concert Centre on the left bank, and the Science Island and a Water Sports Centre with an Olympic swimming pool on Nemunas Island. Pedestrian bridges are also planned to improve connectivity: a bridge connecting Karaliaus Mindaugo Avenue with Nemunas Island will be completed soon, followed by a bridge from the island to the left bank.
