Revival Rugs Marks Ninth Birthday With 20% Off Everything Through Sunday
US rug retailer Revival Rugs is taking 20 percent off its entire range until Sunday, October 25. The discount stacks with existing markdowns, though some exclusions apply.

Online rug retailer Revival Rugs is celebrating its ninth birthday this month with a sale: 20 percent off everything on its site. The offer runs until Sunday, October 25. As usual, exclusions apply. Swatches and gift cards are not covered, and other conditions are set out in the store's terms.
According to WIRED, the US technology magazine, the discount stacks, meaning it can also be applied to items already marked down and to clearance products. The magazine notes that Black Friday, the big November shopping day, is approaching, but similar offers are not guaranteed then, and a particular rug may sell out before that.
What Revival Rugs sells
WIRED says the company stands out for hand-knotted and handwoven wool rugs at reasonable prices. The rugs are imported from Turkey, Morocco and India, and the company also works with its own supplier in Oakland, California. The retailer offers washable rugs too, similar to those from Ruggable. Not every Revival rug can be machine washed, but many can be maintained with spot cleaning and a low-suction vacuum.
The editors' experience
WIRED reviewer Nena Farrell has the Bronto Hand-Tufted Rug in her toddler's bedroom. She likes its softness and the playful feel it gives the room without looking tacky, while her son likes the giant dinosaur. Operations coordinator Molly Higgins uses the Garland Washable Area Rug in her living room, where its Turkish-inspired folk-art pattern adds color and hides everyday stains. Commerce director Cooper Fleishman bought a vibrant marmalade wool rug for his new office during the sale, but it has since sold out.
