Pancakes with chicken filling suit breakfast, lunch and dinner
The Russian-language edition of Latvian public media LSM suggests chicken-filled pancakes as an easy way to use up meat cooked the day before. The dish can be made in a large batch and kept in the fridge.

The hobbies section of the Russian-language edition of LSM, Latvia's public media outlet, has published a recipe for pancakes with a chicken filling. It presents them as a practical way to make use of meat that was cooked the previous day.
The preparation becomes even easier if there are pancakes left over from a Sunday breakfast. In that case, only the filling needs to be wrapped in the ready-made pancakes.
According to the publication, the dish works for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A large batch can be made at once and stored in the refrigerator for a later meal.
