Early-stage startups in Australia and New Zealand have until July 6 to apply for Startup Battlefield Australia, a competition designed to discover the next breakout company. The program targets founders at pre-seed to Series A stages who have built a real product with early traction and are tackling meaningful problems with innovative technology.

Eight finalists will be selected to pitch live on stage at Stripe Tour Sydney on August 19, 2026, in front of leading investors, global media, and the Australian tech community. The top three startups will receive up to $15,000 in Stripe fee credits, while the grand prize winner earns automatic entry into Startup Battlefield 200 at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 — one of the world's most prestigious startup competitions — taking place in San Francisco this October.

The application process is free and no equity is taken. The deadline is strict; there will be no extensions or late submissions. Organizers encourage founders who have been considering applying not to let this opportunity slip away.
