Poland detains Russian national suspected of plotting murder of US-Ukrainian dual citizen

Poland's Internal Security Agency (ABW), working together with the national police, has detained a Russian citizen suspected of planning the murder of a person holding both United States and Ukrainian citizenship. Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced the detention on Thursday.
