Poland detains Russian national accused of plotting murder in Warsaw on Moscow's orders

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced on Thursday that security services had detained a Russian national suspected of planning, on Moscow's orders, to kill a Ukrainian and US dual citizen in Warsaw.

According to Tusk, the intended victim was viewed as an "inconvenient" person for Russian authorities, who allegedly tasked the detained man with organizing the planned attack.
