Saules Street Junction With P9 Road in Ragana to Close Temporarily for Asphalting
Because of asphalting work in Ragana, the Saules Street connection to the P9 regional road will be closed briefly on 15 and 16 October. Drivers are directed to detours via Dārza and Gavēņu streets.

Asphalting work in Ragana on 15 and 16 October will temporarily close the Saules Street connection to the P9 state regional road. The restriction will affect drivers who join the P9 from Saules Street, as well as those turning from the road into the street.
Closure times
The section will be closed to traffic twice:
- on 15 October from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.;
- on 16 October from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
In both cases the closure is planned for only a few hours, and traffic through this junction should resume once the stated period ends.
Detour options
Residents are asked to bypass the closed section using one of two alternatives. The first is to drive along Dārza Street and exit onto the A3, a state main road. The second is to use Gavēņu Street, which leads to the P6 Saulkrasti–Sēja–Ragana state regional road.
The notice asks road users to be understanding and to follow the current signs in the construction zone. This applies to everyone who plans to travel through Ragana or leave Saules Street during the stated hours, so it is advisable to choose a route in advance and to take both closure periods into account.
