Trolleybus route No. 3 in Riga returns to its regular route to Kundziņsala on Saturday, 7 November, according to Rīgas satiksme, the municipal company that runs public transport in the Latvian capital. Service along Tvaika Street had been restricted because of a hazardous situation caused by a fire, so the change affects passengers travelling to Kundziņsala.
