Regus, an international operator of flexible offices and coworking spaces belonging to the IWG group, will begin operating in Origo One, a Class A office complex in central Riga. The deal was agreed between IWG and Linstow Baltic, which is linked to the complex. It will widen the choice of flexible workspace in Riga's Central Business District.

What Regus will offer

Regus will provide fully equipped private offices, coworking desks, meeting rooms and flexible rental options. Tenants can rent individual workstations or private offices from 8 m². Rental periods can range from a single day to several years, and the amount of space can be adjusted as a company grows.

The offer is aimed at international companies, startups, small and medium-sized businesses and individual professionals. Companies that do not need large premises or long-term lease commitments will also be able to work in a Class A office environment.

Comments

Evija Majevska, commercial director of Linstow Baltic, says private offices from 8 m² are a unique offer in such a strategically important location. In her view, the arrival of Regus strengthens the position of Origo One and the competitiveness of the surrounding area.

Jekaterina Kosmačeva, senior regional vice president of IWG for the Baltic and Balkan states, notes that office users increasingly prefer not to be tied to one place for long. She expects Regus to develop successfully and to become the basis for further cooperation with Linstow Baltic.
