SBU restores Monaco explosion surveillance video
Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has restored a deleted video from a surveillance camera that captured the explosion in Monaco, which injured multimillionaire Yermolayev, his partner, and son.

Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has restored a deleted video that is a key piece of evidence in the Monaco explosion case. The video was published on social media.
Thanks to the work of SBU specialists, the recording that suspects tried to destroy was recovered. The video was shot by a surveillance camera installed by the perpetrators near the crime scene to confirm the execution of the order. The footage shows three people climbing stairs when an explosion occurs. After the blast, a passerby takes the camera and runs away.
The explosion took place in Monaco on June 29. It injured Ukrainian-born multimillionaire Yermolayev, his partner, and his son. Yermolayev has been under Ukrainian sanctions since December 2023 for trading alcohol in Russian-occupied Crimea.
The main suspect in the case, Ukrainian citizen Anastasia Berezovska, was found shot dead near Kyiv in early July. A Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) employee of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry and a former SBU employee have been detained on suspicion of her murder. Both are suspected of planning the attack and recruiting Berezovska.
