SBU Recovers Deleted Video of Monaco Explosion; Main Suspect Found Dead
Ukraine's Security Service has recovered a deleted surveillance video showing the moment of an explosion outside businessman Vadym Yermolayev's home in Monaco. The main suspect, Anastasia Berezovska, was found shot dead near Kyiv.

Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has managed to restore a deleted surveillance video that captures the explosion that occurred on June 29 outside the home of Ukrainian-born multimillionaire Vadym Yermolayev in Monaco. Ukraine's Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko announced this on Friday.
The restored footage, published on social media, shows three people climbing stairs when an explosion occurs. A passerby then picks up the camera and runs away. Kravchenko emphasized that the video is one of the key pieces of evidence that the suspects tried to destroy. According to him, the camera had been installed by the perpetrators to confirm the execution of the order.
The explosion injured three people: Yermolayev himself, his partner, and his son. Yermolayev has been under Ukrainian sanctions since December 2023 for trading alcohol in Russia-occupied Crimea.
In early July, the main suspect, Anastasia Berezovska, was found shot dead near Kyiv. In connection with her murder, an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) of Ukraine's Defense Ministry and a former SBU officer have been detained. Both are suspected of planning the attack and recruiting Berezovska to carry it out.
