Jannik Sinner came from a set down to defeat Alexander Zverev in four sets, successfully defending his Wimbledon championship.

Jannik Sinner successfully defended his Wimbledon title on Sunday, overcoming Alexander Zverev 6-7 (7-9) 7-6 (7-2) 6-3 6-4 in a thrilling final. The Italian world number one showed remarkable resilience after losing the first set in a tiebreak 9-7. Sinner responded by winning the second set, also in a tiebreak but this time dominating 7-2. He then broke Zverev's serve in the third set to take it 6-3, and maintained his momentum in the fourth set, closing it out 6-4. Zverev, a former world number two, played aggressively throughout but could not sustain his level. Sinner's victory marks his second consecutive Wimbledon crown, a feat not achieved by many in the Open era. The match lasted nearly three and a half hours, with both players producing high-quality tennis. Sinner's ability to adapt and raise his game in key moments proved decisive.
