This Year Exceptional for Flower Meadows, Say Herbal Tea Experts
Summer meadows are blooming more abundantly than in previous years, creating ideal conditions for herbal tea collection, according to experts.

As the summer flowering season arrives, Latvia's meadows are displaying an unusual richness this year. In the Latvian Radio program “Zināmais nezināmajā”, Līga Lieplapa, founder of the company “Plūkt” and herbal tea expert, along with sustainability expert Juris Jātnieks, noted that this year stands out with an exceptionally abundant bloom compared to previous years.
Although tea plants can be harvested in spring and autumn, summer flowering meadows offer the widest variety of herbs. This year, the abundance is particularly pronounced, making the season highly favorable for tea and herb gatherers. The experts emphasized that the condition of the meadows is excellent, reflecting favorable weather and ecological conditions.
