Škoda Offers 3D-Printable Simply Clever Accessories for Car Owners
Czech carmaker Škoda has released a free collection of 3D-printable accessories for its car owners. The files can be downloaded on Printables.com and printed at home.
Carmaker Škoda has expanded its Simply Clever range of ideas: car owners can now get a free collection of 3D-printable accessories. Simply Clever is Škoda's brand for practical solutions and small conveniences found in the company's cars. The new collection lets owners make the accessories themselves using a 3D printer.
The files can be downloaded on the Printables.com platform. The collection includes cup holders, organizers, coin boxes, hooks and phone holders.
Suitable for different models
The accessories are designed for both newer and older Škoda models. Most of them require no modifications to the car's structure.
An especially wide range of items is planned for the new Epiq and Peaq models. It includes cup holder covers, various compartment inserts and organizers, as well as a holder that can be attached to the Peaq's folding table.
Based on customer wishes
The ideas were developed with customer wishes in mind. User feedback will help Škoda decide which accessories to develop next.
