International Dance Festival “Laiks dejot” Celebrates 30 Years of Contemporary Dance in Latvia

Until June 16, four Latvian cities and eight venues are hosting the international contemporary dance festival “Laiks dejot.” The program includes a diverse range of performances and masterclasses, taking place both in traditional spaces and outdoors. This year, the event is particularly special as it celebrates the 30th anniversary of contemporary dance in Latvia. The festival occupies four cities, offering audiences the chance to explore modern dance in various contexts. Performances also occur in open-air settings, allowing art to interact with the urban environment.
