In the Latvian capital, the night will be cloudy with light rain expected. A weak wind will blow from the northwest and west, and temperatures will range from +5 to +7°C.
During the day, Riga will be mostly cloudy with a light westerly breeze. By midday, the air will warm to +8°C.
