Tragedy in Vilnius: 16-Year-Old Dies After Being Hit by Two Cars
In the Lithuanian capital Vilnius, a 16-year-old electric bicycle rider was killed in a traffic accident early Monday morning after being struck by two vehicles.

A tragic road accident occurred in central Vilnius early Monday morning around 4:35 AM, claiming the life of a 16-year-old born in 2010. According to the Lithuanian Police Department, the teenager suddenly pulled onto the roadway while riding an electric bicycle.
First, the young cyclist was hit by a Toyota Prius driven by a foreign national. Following the violent impact, the bicyclist fell onto the road and was then run over by a Toyota Corolla traveling in the same direction, whose driver was unable to brake in time. The teenager succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Police checks revealed that neither driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. An investigation has been launched to determine all the circumstances of the tragic incident. The news was reported by the portal "Lrytas.lt".
