Wednesday brings variable cloud with clear spells, temperatures up to 18C

Overnight, skies will be partly cloudy with clear intervals, and scattered rain is expected in places. Fog will form in many areas. Winds will blow from the north at 2–7 meters per second, strengthening to as much as 10 meters per second along the coast after midnight. Nighttime air temperatures will range from +7 to +12 degrees, with coastal areas warming to as much as +15 degrees.

Morning clouds giving way to clearer skies

During the first half of the day, variable cloudiness with clear spells will persist, along with scattered rain and fog in many regions. As the afternoon approaches, cloud cover will gradually diminish and the chance of precipitation will decrease.

Winds will shift to an easterly direction in the afternoon, maintaining speeds of 2–7 meters per second, with coastal gusts reaching up to 10 meters per second. Daytime air temperatures will climb to between +15 and +18 degrees, making the afternoon the warmest part of the day.
