The England national football team secured a victory in their World Cup match, but much of the attention has turned to head coach Thomas Tuchel. Details emerged of his halftime speech, which players described as inspiring.

Captain Harry Kane revealed that Tuchel urged the team to play in their own style regardless of the score. "If we lose, we lose in our way. When we played at full intensity, the opponents had no chance," Kane said.

Tuchel's assistant Anthony Barry told ITV that the first half was nervous, which is expected in a first World Cup game. Tuchel himself emphasized that even a loss would not change his belief in the team.

The German coach, leading a national team for the first time, raised an issue during the national anthem. He asked FIFA to change the photographers' positioning, as they obstructed his view. "I was facing a wall of 50 photographers. I couldn't see any player, and it ruined the moment," Tuchel stated.
