Ukraine Signs Defense Deals; Kyiv Hit by Ballistic Missiles Again
Ukraine has signed defense cooperation agreements with Estonia, the Netherlands, and Denmark. Russian forces launched ballistic missile attacks on Kyiv, killing one person and wounding two.

Ukraine on Wednesday signed defense cooperation agreements with Estonia, the Netherlands, and Denmark, aiming to strengthen military ties and support.
Meanwhile, Russian forces struck Kyiv with ballistic missiles, resulting in one death and two injuries. Casualties were also reported in several other Ukrainian regions following Russian attacks.
The Ukrainian General Staff claimed its forces had hit two oil refineries and an airfield inside Russian territory. These strikes are part of Ukraine's ongoing counteroffensive operations.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte urged Russian President Vladimir Putin not to "play games" with the alliance, warning that any provocation could have serious security implications.
The agreements with Estonia, the Netherlands, and Denmark are expected to enhance Ukraine's defense capabilities through additional military aid and joint exercises. The signing ceremony took place amid hopes of expediting support deliveries.
The attack on Kyiv is the latest in a series of Russian ballistic missile strikes. Ukrainian authorities called on the international community to increase pressure on Moscow.
