Ukraine's General Staff: Another 1,400 Russian troops neutralized
Ukraine's Armed Forces General Staff reports that roughly 1,400 Russian occupying troops were neutralized over the past day, bringing total Russian personnel losses since February 24, 2022 to nearly 1.49 million.
Ukraine's Armed Forces General Staff has released updated figures on Russian military losses since the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022. According to the data, Ukrainian defense forces neutralized approximately 1,400 additional Russian occupying troops over the past 24 hours.
Total Russian personnel losses since the war began have now reached approximately 1,486,600 soldiers.
Equipment losses
The General Staff also provided figures on destroyed or damaged Russian military equipment. Over the past day, one additional tank was lost, bringing the total to 12,311 destroyed tanks. Losses of armored combat vehicles rose by seven units to 25,248, while artillery systems losses increased by 59 units to 48,833.
Additionally, two more multiple rocket launcher systems were reported lost, bringing the total to 2,072 units, along with one additional air defense system, for a total of 1,594 units.
The General Staff also noted six newly lost ground robotic systems, bringing that total to 2,435 units. Losses of operational-tactical level drones rose significantly by 1,963 units, reaching 488,347 units.
Further losses included 394 vehicles and fuel tankers, bringing the total to 141,453 units, as well as six additional units of special equipment, reaching a total of 4,614 units.
The figures are based on data provided by Ukraine's General Staff and reflect the Ukrainian side's assessment of enemy losses.
