Nutritionist evaluates LSM employees' packed lunches
Nutritionist Elīna Šukajeva reviewed the packed lunches of LSM.lv employees and pointed out strengths and areas for improvement.
Employees of the portal LSM.lv took part in an experiment where nutritionist Elīna Šukajeva evaluated their lunch boxes. The specialist analyzed the composition of the meals brought from home and provided feedback on what is good and what could be improved. This is the third such review, in which the specialist helps understand the principles of healthy eating during work lunches.
