Nutritionist evaluates LSM employees' lunchboxes: What's good and what can be improved?

The lunchboxes of LSM.lv employees came under the scrutiny of nutritionist Elīna Šukajeva. She examined various meals brought to work and assessed their nutritional value.
The specialist noted that some lunchboxes contained well-balanced ingredients, such as proteins, vegetables, and healthy fats. However, there was also criticism – several meals lacked fiber or had too many carbohydrates from white flour.
This is the third part of a series evaluating different lunchboxes. The nutritionist gave specific advice on how to improve the meals, such as adding more seasonal vegetables or replacing white bread with whole-grain products.
