They were met in Moscow by Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and the Russian president's special representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries.
Proposals to end the war
Earlier this week, President Trump announced that his envoys would present proposals to end the war in Ukraine to the Russian side during the Moscow visit. The specific content of the proposals has not yet been made public.
