Apple TV 4K multiview: Watch up to four live sports streams at once
Apple TV 4K's multiview feature lets sports fans view up to four live streams simultaneously, currently supporting MLB, MLS, and Formula 1. The feature works on any Apple TV 4K model within the Apple TV app.

Apple TV 4K's multiview feature, first introduced in 2023 with MLS Season Pass and Friday Night Baseball, now allows users to watch up to four live sports streams at once. The feature is available on any generation of Apple TV 4K and works within the Apple TV app.
Supported Sports
Currently, multiview supports three sports: MLB baseball, MLS soccer, and Formula 1 racing. For MLB, Apple TV broadcasts only Friday night games, typically two per week, and multiview lets you watch both games alongside the MLB Big Inning studio show. MLS soccer offers up to four games simultaneously, or three games with the MLS 360 whiparound show. Formula 1, the latest addition, became available from the 2026 season when Apple acquired US broadcast rights. Fans can watch the main feed alongside driver cameras, live timing, track maps, and even Sky Sports commentary.
How to Enable Multiview
To use multiview, you need an Apple TV 4K (any generation). After selecting a live stream, the multiview icon appears in the playback controls. From there, you can build your multiview by choosing from available games and shows. For Formula 1, the Apple TV app offers pre-made multiview recipes as well as fully custom setups. You can swipe between streams to hear audio from the selected one, while the others remain visible.
Other Multiview Services
Apple TV isn't the only platform with multiview. ESPN, YouTube TV, and Fubo also support the feature, with YouTube TV and Fubo allowing non-sports content to be added. F1 TV Premium offers a similar multiview experience with additional data overlays.
