Coats of arms of Bauska city and four parishes registered
The Ministry of Culture has registered the coats of arms of Bauska city and the parishes of Code, Rundāle, Skaistkalne and Vecumnieki. They were approved on July 3.

According to the Ministry of Culture's announcement in the official publication 'Latvijas Vēstnesis', five coats of arms have been registered.
The coat of arms of Bauska city features a golden lion on a red field with a red shield on its chest. Code parish's coat of arms shows three golden wheat ears on a green field. Rundāle parish's coat of arms is in purple and gold with a crowned half-seated golden lion. Skaistkalne parish's coat of arms has a golden lily on a blue field. Vecumnieki parish's coat of arms displays two purple lilies with green leaves arranged in a cross on a silver background.
The registration was carried out based on the Law on Coats of Arms. In 2025, a brochure about the stories of Bauska district's coats of arms was also published.
