Drones Strike Moscow and Oil Depot in Stavropol Krai, Sparking Fire
Overnight on July 13, drones attacked Moscow and an oil depot in Stavropol Krai, causing a fire. Russian air defense shot down 11 drones near the capital.

During the night of July 13, unmanned aerial vehicles targeted several Russian regions. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported on social media that air defense systems were engaging drones approaching the capital. According to him, a total of 11 drones were intercepted near Moscow since the start of the day. Moscow's Domodedovo Airport switched to weather-conditional flight operations, while Zhukovsky Airport imposed flight restrictions.
In Stavropol Krai, a drone strike hit an oil depot in the Vyazniki khutor area. Governor Vladimir Vladimirov stated that a fire broke out in an industrial zone there. Later, OSINT analysis by ASTRA confirmed that the blaze occurred at the oil depot.
This incident follows a similar attack on July 9, when drones struck oil product storage facilities in Tver and Mikhaylovsk (Stavropol Krai), igniting fires at both sites.
