TechCrunch, the technology news outlet, is hosting its Founder Summit on November 4 at SoWa Power Station in Boston. The one-day conference brings startup founders and investors together and is presented by Fidelity Private Shares. Doors open at 9 a.m. ET, and discounted ticket prices apply until then.
Ticket discounts
Organizers are offering several deals. Individual buyers can save up to $100. Anyone bringing a partner or co-founder can buy one ticket and receive a second pass free. Groups of 4 to 12 get 15% off, and groups of 13 or more get 30% off.
Programme
The day centers on questions founders face throughout the year: how to tell whether a product has real product-market fit, when it is time to scale, what an investor needs to hear before agreeing to another meeting, how to build a team that can keep pace, how to win enterprise customers at an early stage, and whether a category-defining company can be built outside Silicon Valley.
The Build Stage is devoted to tactical lessons on fundraising, distribution, teams and pitching. The Impact Stage covers product-market fit, scaling, enterprise relationships and long-term growth. Attendees can also join smaller roundtable discussions and watch a live pitch competition. The Braindate networking app lets participants arrange one-on-one or small-group conversations, and a closing reception ends the day.
The organizers say the aim is to let founders ask their questions in person and hear answers firsthand.
