CUPRA Raval – A Small Electric Car with Big Character
CUPRA introduces the Raval, its smallest model built on the Volkswagen group's MEB+ platform. The car stands out with sporty design, practical trunk, and a range of up to 446 km.

New CUPRA Model
Spanish automaker CUPRA has introduced the Raval, its smallest model to date. Developed in Europe for European drivers, the car aims to stand out through character and design. The name is inspired by Barcelona's El Raval district, known for creativity and dynamism.
Design and Practicality
The Raval retains CUPRA's sporty-aggressive design language: distinctive air intakes, a spoiler, and unique headlight graphics. Despite its compact size (just over 4 meters long), the trunk offers 441 liters of capacity thanks to a double floor that optimizes space.
Technical Specifications
The car is built on Volkswagen Group's new MEB+ platform, shared with upcoming electric models. CUPRA has tuned the suspension and steering for sportier handling. Power options: 116, 135, and 211 hp, with the sporty VZ version delivering 226 hp. Battery capacity ranges from 38.5 to 55 kWh, providing a WLTP range of up to 446 km. Base price starts at €26,500, VZ at €34,900.
Interior and Equipment
The interior impresses with high-quality materials, sport seats, and a steering wheel with physical buttons. Options include a Sennheiser audio system and a digital ambient lighting system that projects light patterns onto the doors. Matrix LED headlights complement the lighting system.
Real-World Driving
During testing, a full charge allowed nearly 400 km of driving, and charging from 20% to 80% took about 24 minutes. The Raval proves capable as both a daily city car and for longer trips.
