Traffic restrictions in Daugavpils on Viestura Street for a month due to asphalt renovation
From July 14 to August 14, traffic on a section of Viestura Street in Daugavpils will be restricted because of asphalt resurfacing work, with a speed limit of 30 km/h and no stopping or parking on workdays.
The Daugavpils Municipal Economy Administration has announced that asphalt renovation work continues on Viestura Street. Consequently, from July 14 to August 14, traffic restrictions will be in place on the section from Saules Street to Sakņu Street.
During this period, a maximum speed limit of 30 km/h is enforced. Additionally, from July 14 to August 14, on workdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, stopping and parking of motor vehicles are prohibited in this area.
Traffic will be organized according to a designated scheme to ensure smooth flow. Residents and drivers are urged to comply with the restrictions.
