Russian military forces launched attacks on three foreign civilian ships in the Black Sea, according to Ukrainian officials. One strike hit a bulk carrier sailing under the Panama flag, causing a fire. The crew was evacuated and the vessel anchored. A 1968-born Egyptian national serving as the ship's cook was killed.
