A large fire broke out at a transport company in the Kropyvnytskyi district of Ukraine's central Kirovohrad region after a Russian attack on the evening of 1 November. By the morning, the blaze had been put out. The strike is part of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.

The hit on one of the district's transport companies was reported by Andriy Raikovych, head of the regional military administration. In a Telegram post, he said the evening enemy attack had resulted in a strike on one of the transport enterprises.

The State Emergency Service (DSNS), which handles rescue operations and firefighting in Ukraine, said the fire had been eliminated. Its representatives noted that the unit worked under a constant threat of repeated shelling.

Rescuers stressed that nobody was killed or injured in the attack. The source does not specify which company was affected, what damage was caused or what weapons were used.

The Kirovohrad region has previously come under Russian attack, but in this case the official information about the consequences is limited to the fire at the targeted site. No further details about the nature of the strike have been published so far.
