Car brand MINI has presented the Untamed Edition of its Countryman model, featuring a raised suspension and all-terrain tyres. Production in Leipzig starts in late 2026, with the first cars reaching customers in early 2027.

MINI, the car brand that is part of the BMW Group, has unveiled the Untamed Edition of its Countryman model. It is aimed at drivers who want a comfortable premium car that can also handle driving off paved roads. Production at the BMW Group plant in Leipzig, Germany, is due to begin at the end of 2026, and the first cars will reach customers in early 2027.
Design and interior
The lower part of the body is protected by dedicated elements and foils in matte Dark Steel. Exclusive paint colours are available too, such as matte Frozen Nomad Blue or Hideaway Grey. The suspension is raised by 15 millimetres, and together with larger tyres ground clearance increases by 19 millimetres. The car rides on 19-inch alloy wheels fitted with Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain Plus all-terrain tyres.
Inside, there is two-tone Vescin Nightshade Blue upholstery with grey textile accents and Cornflower Blue lines. It includes JCW Sport seats, rubber floor mats and a central round OLED display. The brake, stability and steering systems have been recalibrated for the raised chassis and off-road tyres.
