Bands «Atkala», «Embark» and «Revolvika» to Perform in Ogre
Three Latvian rock bands – «Atkala», «Embark» and «Revolvika» – will give a concert in Ogre, offering modern rock and indie sounds.
A rock music event is coming to Ogre, featuring three Latvian bands – «Atkala», «Embark» and «Revolvika».
«Atkala» is a relatively new name in Latvian rock music, consisting of Matīss Mateuss Kalniņš, Matīss Villa, Marius Beks and Ernests Ervīns Dovgāns. Their music is described as contemporary Latvian rock without unnecessary filters.
«Embark» is an indie rock band from Riga, known for their energetic live performances that get the audience moving. The core of the group is formed by cousins Ēriks Gorda and Matīss Priedols. In October 2025, they released the long-awaited EP «Pāri Torņiem Pacelties», which deals with youthful maximalism, constant change and daring to live life to the fullest.
«Revolvika» is an alternative and indie rock band whose songs contain metaphors and insights from the members' own lives. So far, they have released three singles.
The concert promises a diverse program combining fresh and energetic sounds.
