PTAC Blocks Furniture E-Store for Serious Consumer Rights Violations
The Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) has restricted access to online store n1home.lv and the social media accounts of company 'N1HOME' following over 220 complaints regarding undelivered goods and unpaid refunds.

The Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) has blocked access to the online store n1home.lv, as well as the social media accounts of SIA "N 1 HOME" on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The decision was made after significant consumer rights violations were identified.
Between June 4, 2025, and the date of the decision, PTAC received more than 220 consumer complaints and provided over 250 consultations related to issues with purchases from this company. The investigation revealed that the company failed to deliver ordered and paid-for goods to many customers. Delivery deadlines were repeatedly extended, and in some cases, goods were not delivered even several months after the initially promised date.
Furthermore, consumers faced delayed or entirely missing refunds for undelivered items. Communication with the company was difficult, as responses to customer inquiries were often not provided. PTAC repeatedly urged SIA "N 1 HOME" to rectify the violations, but the company did not comply. As complaints continued to pour in and the websites posed a serious risk to consumer interests, PTAC decided to restrict access to the online store and social media accounts.
