Rapper Deniss Stepanovs Earns Unofficial “Master of Massage” Title in Taiwan on Travel Show
The participants of the travel show “Četri uz koferiem” – rapper Deniss Stepanovs, content creator Kristīne Stakena, former hockey player Edgars Masaļskis and singer Aija Andrejeva – are travelling around Taiwan. Stepanovs gains an unofficial “master of massage” title during his leg of the trip.

In a new episode of the travel show “Četri uz koferiem” (“Four on Suitcases”), four well-known participants have travelled to Taiwan. The group consists of rapper Deniss Stepanovs, content creator Kristīne Stakena, former hockey player Edgars Masaļskis and singer Aija Andrejeva. Each of them leads one leg of the journey, and at the end they must decide who arranged the best trip. The details come from the show's producers.
Stepanovs' leg in Taipei
Stepanovs leads the first leg. In Taiwan's capital, Taipei, instead of heading to popular tourist sites, he takes his companions to a gym and later surprises them with a massage that uses knives. He soon earns an unofficial “master of massage” title. The trip also has its odd moments: Masaļskis finds his bed at the accommodation too short, while Andrejeva discovers the unusual capabilities of Taiwanese toilet technology. Stakena, meanwhile, begins to wonder whether she will see Taipei at all.
Stakena's and Masaļskis' legs
Stakena's plans are complicated right at the start by an unexpected twist: although a car has been rented, she is not allowed to drive it herself. Outside Taipei the group explores nature and local traditions, releases a lantern into the sky, visits a waterfall and tastes the famous tea egg, which does not delight everyone. In the evening, accommodation bookings bring several surprises.
Masaļskis's leg begins with an earthquake warning on the phones just as the group is getting ready to set off. He takes the others to the mountains and tea plantations and introduces them to local culture. An unusual ceremony awaits, along with lodging whose online rating might cause some concern, as well as a special adventure that requires getting up early.
Andrejeva's final leg
Andrejeva leads the last leg. She organises an outing in nature, and for dinner the group goes to a Spanish restaurant with Michelin stars, where slow service tests their patience. Andrejeva also shows them Taiwan's everyday shopping culture and takes them to a place linked to the origins of the popular bubble tea.
