Salman Rushdie testifies at attacker's trial: 'Knife came a millimetre from my brain'

Sir Salman Rushdie has testified at the terrorism trial of the man convicted of trying to kill him. During his testimony, Rushdie said the attacker's knife came 'a millimetre from my brain'. The trial continues as the court hears from the victim.
