On July 15 at 8 PM, the group “Tautudēļi” will hold a sunset concert in Ānes–Mēmeles Park featuring folk melodies. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets and enjoy the evening by the Mēmele River.

This evening, July 15, at 8 PM, the Ānes–Mēmeles Park in Skaistkalne Parish will host a sunset concert by the ensemble “Tautudēļi”. The event will feature beloved folk tunes, creating a special summer evening atmosphere, according to Kristiāna Drevinska, head of the Skaistkalne community house.
Attendees are invited to bring blankets and a good mood to enjoy the sunset, the proximity of the Mēmele River, and the music. Ānes–Mēmeles Park is one of the most picturesque spots in the parish, located on the riverbank and steeped in history—the baronial Hānu family built manor buildings here in 1840.
Four artists will perform on the park stage overlooking the Mēmele River. Visitors are advised to park their cars by local road V1020 and walk the remaining distance to the park, taking in the landscape and the historic manor surroundings.
