Mother of three lost 27 kg in four months after cutting out her favorite food

Lucy Cassel, 41, from the UK, lost 27 kilograms in four months by completely eliminating cheese and other habits that contributed to her weight gain and health issues.

A mother of three from the UK has lost 27 kilograms in just four months. Lucy Cassel, 41, whose sons are aged 15, 11, and two, leads a very busy lifestyle, often opting for quick meals. Her favorite food was cheese, especially brie.

After the birth of her youngest son, her health deteriorated, and she was diagnosed with diabetes. This prompted her to change her habits. Lucy completely gave up cheese and stopped snacking between meals, eating only home-cooked food.

According to Lucy, seeing the weight drop each week motivated her further. Over four months, she lost 27 kilograms. Now, she works as a health coach, helping others in similar situations.

Her advice: "Take it day by day, don't be too hard on yourself, and focus on self-love."
