Ukraine's General Staff confirms strikes on 18 Russian vessels, oil refinery, oil terminal and other facilities
On the night of July 9-10, Ukraine's defense forces struck multiple Russian military and military-economic targets, including an oil refinery, an oil terminal, and 18 vessels.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has confirmed that strikes were carried out against several key Russian military and military-economic facilities during the night of July 9-10. The Ilsky oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar Krai was hit, with explosions followed by a fire recorded on the premises. The extent of the damage is still being assessed.
Additionally, the defense forces struck the Kurgannefteprodukt oil terminal in Taganrog, Rostov Oblast, and the Azovnefteprodukt oil depot in Azov, Rostov Oblast. The General Staff also confirmed attacks on 18 vessels: 13 tankers, three cargo ships, one ferry, and one support vessel. These vessels are used to support Russian military logistics, transporting fuel, lubricants, military cargo, and other supplies needed to sustain armed aggression.
A fuel and lubricants storage point near the settlement of Rozivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast was also hit. Furthermore, another strike targeted the Novatek-Ust-Luga processing complex in Leningrad Oblast, one of Russia's largest gas condensate processing and light petroleum products manufacturing facilities with an annual capacity of approximately 7 million tonnes of gas condensate. The facility is involved in supplying the occupying army.
Earlier reports on social media indicated a drone attack on the Ilsky refinery. Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces separately reported striking 13 vessels of Russia's shadow fleet near occupied Crimea on the same night.
